GroundBreakers is proud to be recognized as a diverse firm that supports the Midwest and is focused on continuing to hire our military service members and veterans.
National Construction Appreciation Week (September 19-23, 2022) recognizes the dedicated, hardworking men and women in the industry who build America. This week “brings together the entire industry, regardless of company size or speciality, and shows appreciation for the work that they do every day. It touches people at all levels, from students thinking about joining the industry to current professionals to company leadership.” (https://lnkd.in/eBxjfBgd)
We appreciate and celebrate our incredible team for the sacrifices and tireless effort they put forth to help serve our amazing customers every single day. Each day this past week we provided a token of appreciation for all the amazing people who make GroundBreakers such a special place. Hard hats off to all of the hardworking men and women in the industry!
What an inspiring time for GroundBreakers! This past week, Arianna our new laborer started. She is also actively serving in the National Guard. “Of all the people working in construction, women comprise only 10.9%. Even smaller is the number of women on the front lines of a job site — only 1 for every 100 employees in the field” (bls.gov). Being a woman-owned company, we are committed to doing our part to recruit more women into the field.
GroundBreakers is proud to announce the addition of #25 to our fleet! Thank you to all our loyal customers for allowing us to support your growth.
Last Saturday, August 6th we held our company picnic. Employees and families were able to enjoy a great afternoon at Nature Valley Ranch. We held a corn hole tournament, had delicious food, Kona Ice, a dunk tank, a water slide and best of all raffle prizes. Thank you to all of our employees who made this event such a success! We’re already looking forward to the next company event.
Thank you Habitat for Humanity and Habitat for Humanity of Indiana for letting us support The Woman Build Habitat Project!
Thrilled to announce that Andrea, is one of Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty under 40 honorees for 2022. She is a vital part of the GroundBreakers team and we are so grateful for her dedication to our ever growing company.
Each year, the IBJ honors 40 individuals who have made their mark in their profession before the age of 40. Honorees are selected by a committee from hundreds of individuals nominated by IBJ readers. Regardless of their field or profession, this diverse group of individuals is making a positive impact on the community. This is the 30th year for the awards.
