WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION

​What an inspiring time for GroundBreakers! This past week, Arianna our new laborer started. She is also actively serving in the National Guard. “Of all the people working in construction, women comprise only 10.9%. Even smaller is the number of women on the front lines of a job site — only 1 for every 100 employees in the field” (bls.gov). Being a woman-owned company, we are committed to doing our part to recruit more women into the field.
